Associate Consultant

Mark established his own management consultancy, M Consulting, and became an associate in 2002. He is committed to working with people and organisations to help them work together more effectively.

Mark’s background is predominantly in banking and finance with educational qualifications including a Master of Business in Finance. He is a Fellow of Finsia – the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Registered Conveyancer (SA).

Mark’s work in the banking and finance industry included a broad range of positions involving commercial lending, product development and portfolio management, followed by a senior role in Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness in the Commonwealth Bank’s Group Human Resources section, being accountable for the management, development and delivery of the leadership program across the Bank. That role also involved project work on the design, implementation and review of HR policy and organisation structure across the Commonwealth Bank Group.

Mark’s consulting work has seen him working across a range of industries including Mining, Oil Refining, Rail Transport, Air Transport, Local Government, Universities, Scientific Research and the Banking & Finance Sector.
